GROOMING STANDARDS
• Uniform should always be in an immaculate condition (washed, stain free & well ironed).
• Chef Coat should only be worn during kitchen practical and not whilst travelling to or from college.
• Black Belt must be worn with a flat chrome buckle as per college standards.
• Identity cards must be worn at all times.
Theory Uniform: Black Pants, White Shirt, Black Tie/Cravat, College Belt, Black Shoes, Black Socks, and White Vest.
Kitchen uniform: Chef Coat, Chef Pants, Apron, Scarf, Chef Cap, Comfortable Shoes, Black Socks, and White Vest.
F&B uniform: Black Pants, White Shirt, Waist Coat, Black Bow/Cravat, College Belt, Black Shoes, Black Socks, and White Vest.
Front Office: Black Pants, White Shirt, Black Tie/Cravat or Blazer Uniform/ Front Office Saree, College Belt, Black Shoes, Black Socks, and White Vest.
• Perfumes and deodorants should be mild and used in moderation.
• Routine hygiene should be followed to avoid body odour.
• Gargle after every meal to prevent bad breath and maintain dental hygiene.
• Hands should be washed with soap after every meal and visit to the restroom, and should always be clean.
• White vest is a must for all male students.
• No earrings or studs allowed.
• Hair should be conservative and well-maintained.
• Should be short and neatly cut, and should not fall on the forehead.
• Hair at the back of the neck should be clean-cut and should not fall on the collar.
• Should be neatly combed, non-oily, and should not be permed.
• Only traditional hairstyles are permitted.
• Should not be coloured or streaked.
• The face must have a clean-shaven look with no stubble.
• Sideburns should not be shorter than the top of the ear and no longer than midway through the ear.
• Footwear must be well maintained.
• Uniform shoes are to be worn.
• Shoes should only be “Black Oxfords” of any brand.
• Shoes should be well polished and in good repair.
• Black socks, full length with NO pattern.
• Socks should be odourless and clean with elastic intact.

Hair
• Shoulder-length or longer hair should be tied in a neat bun using a net to secure it.
• Only black-coloured accessories will be allowed such as black bands, pins, net, etc.
• Makeup should not be excessive, simple and basic makeup is mandatory.
• A foundation should be used to avoid an oily look.
• Lipstick should be neatly applied.
• Eye shadow and blush should be subtle and not excessive.
• Eyeliner should be thin, straight, and applied neatly.
Hands• Finger nails should be well-maintained and clean.
• Nails should be neatly cut, shaped, and clean.
• Long nails are not allowed.
• Nails should not be chewed.
Footwear
• Footwear as prescribed by the college standards.
• Footwear must be well maintained.
• Uniform shoes are to be worn.
• Shoes should be well polished and in good repair.
• Black socks, full-length with no pattern.
• Socks should be odourless and clean with elastic intact
Jewellery
• No ornaments on the hand and wrist.
• No religious threads or bracelets on the wrist.
• Watches should not be large and should be conservative.
• Only one pair of stud earrings shall be allowed on the earlobe only.
• Danglers are not permitted.
